Paragon Properties is a real estate investment portfolio which focuses on developing large scale commercial properties, high-end residential subdivisions and homes in The Bahamas and Turks & Caicos Islands. Our investment thesis is based on creating value by uplifting communities through our development or redevelopment of sites and leveraging that value to create extraordinary returns for our shareholders through a combination of the following;
- Invest to flip
- Invest to drive cash flows and liquidity
Our management team has developed or re-developed in excess of 250,000 sq ft of commercial properties and more than a dozen residential properties over the last 12 years. Many of these commercial sites still produce strong cash flows and returns for investors and family offices who have chosen to invest along side our founder. Commercial sites previously developed by our founder include the following;
- Supermarket sites
- Bank and fast-food sites
- Professional offices with long-term anchors including government
- Warehouse and storage facilities
